You have Perennial Rhinitis, most likely to be allergic to something around you in daily contact. Detecting the culprit antigen is difficult.  You can go for Allergen Testing but you may get result of allergy to many substances and you may not find it practicable to remove them from your life. Alternatively you may look for common allergens like soaps, talc powders, deodorants, fabrics, oils used in cooking, any particular edible etc etc. Start by eliminating any one of them for a week or so and observe carefully if you get remission in your problem. Do this with others one by one and see if you can pin on any one. Stop using it and you should be relieved of this nuisance.
