I am suffering from anxiety and Panic attack , doc suggested Pexep 10 MG , first day was all ok second and third day panic attacks increased body shivers hands and feet get cold and Not able to sleep . so Was suggested to take Etilaam MD .25 , Is it safe to take both medicines at Night and will i be able to sleep and will it stop the panic attacks .please suggest
