Eosinophils is more than normal range

I am a male, 32 years old. My eosinophils was 6 percent when I got my blood tested on December 16,2021.But when I got my blood tested on July 11,2022,eosinophils is 43 percent and absolute eosinophils count is 2490.What should I do? Does it indicate serious health problem?

Eosinophils are cells of your immune system is which acts in case of any allergy or parasitic infections. They may also be increased in some patients due to some other respiratory conditions
