Hello doctor. I have consulted doctor and done usg. I have to wait till Saturday to consult her with my report. Getting nervous about one point that Endometrium is 15 mm thickened. Is anything wrong? Will it effect my pregnancy? It is my first and natural pregnancy. Last period was 26th Feb. Attaching usg report. Please help.
Your report is normal.
Endometrial thickness 15 mm is a good thing. At least you could conceive. Please get a repeat sonography done after 2 weeks. Foetal pole and Foetal heart will be seen.

The ultrasound is normal. But as heartbeat is not seen yet, get another ultrasound after 2 weeks. Don't worry about the endometrial thickness. Thick endometrium enables implantation.
