I am 34 yrs old ,I have endometriosis problem which is outside uterus,my doctor suggested me it's very small so no need surgery..am been married and trying for pregnancy. She said pregnancy is cure and didn't suggest medicine ,meanwhile every month after periods I get severe stabbing lower back pain only one one side that is right side. My endometriosis problem is also right side Am undergoing ivf as well ,1 st cycle failed am now in 2 ND cycle of frozen embryo transfer. My worry is what is causing back pain .it comes and stays for 15 to 20 days and vanishes away .its so severe pls suggest
