Endometriosis

Hello everyone. I have been diagnosed with endometriosis a month ago and my gynaec had put me on dienogest 2 mg for 4 months and told me that I will not get my periods so that the rndo inflammation heals. But I got my periods on my regular dates and this time the bleeding continued for 8 days which was only 3 days before starting dienogest. I called my gynaec, she told me to have trapic MF for 5 days(twice a day). I have been having this. But this has only reduced bleeding. Spotting is still there. I’m done putting up sanitary napkins from past two weeks. Please suggest how to stop this spotting. P.S. Still continuing with dienogest. TIA
