My endometrical thickness measured 4.6 mm. In reports shows its normal. Any suggestions or second view. I'm planning for baby. Is this creates any issues.

One reading is not enough.  You should get sonography done for Follicles study.  As Follicles grow,  endometrium also keeps on becoming thick.  That gives an idea if endometrium can sustain a pregnancy.
