In a TVS scan on day 9 showed a 5×3mm echogenic leision along the post endometrial lining likely a endometrial polyp - findings. What should be done for this ? Can it affect my chances of getting pregnant ? What are the treatment options ? Can I get pregnant ?

Endomerial polyp can interfere with implantation and can cause infertility. You need to undergo thorough workup for this.
