He got hurt on his elbow while picking a thing from ground. He was lying flat on ground and he tried to pick something from under the cot and hit his elbow on cot legs. Its paining and swelling is there. He's diabetic so i am really scared to take him to hospital as he's easily prone to covid 19

In elderly, fracture chances are very high. Getting a xray will be a sensible option. Get a slab done, if swelling does not reduce.

No worries at all. Just Check whether he is able to move his elbow or not. If he can move it with mild pain, then Give ice pack application thrice a day for 15mins. And Tablet ULTRACET for a 5 days one to two per day depending on the quantity of pain. Tablet Chymoral forte thrice a day for 5 days, if swelling is there. Let him take some rest. If unable to move the Limb, and it severely got hurt then only he needs an X Ray. Take care.
Next Steps
If pain subsides after a week, he can stop using medication.
