Elbow joint pain

Fallen while doing cardio in gym and had muscle catch in the elbow. I can stretch the elbow in and out but can feel pain.

Apply ice pack over that area 2-4 times a day for 10mnts 2- 3 days. If pain persist plz visit any physiotherapist or orthopaedic.
