Elbow dislocation

My 6yo son fell down and got swollen elbow, our family doctor prescribed xray and in xray found no fracture just slight dislocation. so suggested to rest and stop movement and some ibu+para combo. The swelling has not gone in last 2 days so I am worried, please advice.

Not very sure, but I feel there is a small fracture. Best way out is to get a slab done for 3 weeks.
