When I get from my bed and move around, I start feeling discomfort in my left arm and upper jaw. It is with very minimal exertion, but surprisingly during TMTI did not have much problem and it was negative.. i got this ekg yesterday

ECG is o.k. Pain could be muscular. Try taking tab dolocide m.r one , when pain occurs. Share the response, then I can help you further.
