Eczema Hyperpigmentation on Face

2026-01-04 15:07:00
Last time I got Eczema on leg, I was prescribed Momate Lotion (0.1%). I again got Eczema now on face (around nose and mouth) but it has almost healed. Only the hyperpigmentation is remaining. Can I use the same medicine to reduce the pigmentation?

Hi Your Issue has been noted. No ...you cannot use the same medicine to reduce the pigmentation. However, a more detailed history and description will be required together with some clear pics of the problem to make a proper assessment. Some lab tests also as per the requirement. There is nothing to worry about. It should be easily sorted out For a Prescription and a more detailed management plan, Please contact ONLINE or on an INSTANT Consultation 🙏

The steroid prescribed was to improve the redness itching and oozing from the eczema, not to treat the pigmentation. Please don’t use it. Pictures and a better history are required for prescribing medications right now.
