Any recurrent attacks of palpitations need thorough check up
1st cbc rule to severe anemia if no anemia then ,
2nd hypoglycemia check rbs.
3rd ecg
if all 3 normal ,
palpitations are paroxysmal and recurrent like in this case we need to do holter's 24 hour ecg monitoring under guidance of cardiology(by admission)to r/o paroxysmal arrythmias leading to rexurrent palpitations which is offen confused with panic disorder, patient does feel panic when these paroxysmal arrythmias are recurrent so complete investigation is must.
3rd once all investigations normal , we conclude recurrent palpitations are due to panic attack.
