Ecospirin in pregnancy

I was advised to take ecospirin 150mg right from my follicular study and ovulation induction time, now I'm 27 weeks pregnant. I have on and off right lower abdominal pain. In the middle by mistake they gave it as ecospirin 75mg in previous review and I took it for one month. The pain frequency reduced and I felt better. My gynec said it was a mistake and again changed it to 150 mg , I'm taking it now and the pain is returning again. Is it dangerous to reduce the dose now ? I'm taking many tablets susten sr 200 mg both morn and night, iron calcium supplements, folvite ecospirin 150 ,thyronorm 50. Please advice
