Concentric LVH means due to BP, there is thickening of heart muscle. Aortic sclerosis means there is thickening and calcium deposits in Aortic valve. LV diastolic dysfunction means due to thckened heart muscles, the flexibility of heart  to fill more blood is affected. Mild Aortic Regurgitation means, due to defects, dilation of Aortic valve, there is mild backflow of blood to Left ventricle. Good LV Systolic function means, heart is pumping blood normally to organs.
