What is your weight? Have you gotten your blood pressure monitored? What is your diabetes status? More history is needed as must you have already consulted a few practitioners you must give detailed history about what drugs you take. Don't try to find out causes yourself as it'll add to your anxiety. . I understand your concern and your need for early resolution. Consult if and when needed.

You should get a complete health checkup package from one of the Multinational Laboratories. With the report you should consult with a General Physician on Practo. At such a young age if you have so many problems and the tests done so far didn't reveal any abnormality, it may be worthwhile seeking a consultation with a Psychiatrist.
