The ECG appears to be normal,if the palpitations are observed frequently during change of your posture, you need a holter monitoring to determine the type of palpitations

Your resting ECG appears normal, which is reassuring. Palpitations specifically when bending forward (during prostration) that resolve on getting up are most likely positional — bending forward compresses the abdomen and can stimulate the vagus nerve or cause the heart to shift position, triggering ectopic beats or a brief rhythm change. This is a very common and usually benign phenomenon. Since the palpitations occur only in a specific position and resolve quickly, a resting ECG often won't capture them.
Next Steps
A Holter monitor (24-48 hour ECG recording) or an echocardiogram would be the most useful next steps to capture the rhythm during episodes and assess heart structure. A treadmill stress test can also help. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Ecg is normal, but history falls sort for diagnosis, since it could be related to cardiac or gastric or it could be just orthostatic. Kindly consult a Internal medicine expert if symptoms persist for further evaluation and management. Hope it helps.

ECG looks normal I have some questions to know more about this condition. Since when it started? Do you feel light headed or do you lose balance during these episodes of palpitations? How often does it happen? Are you on any medication?
