Please see whether the attached ECG requires further evaluation. Being taken for a Hypertension patient experiencing faster heart beats since a week. The General physician said this need further evaluation. BP currently 130/85 ( Cilaheart T twice daily ).

Lead V 4,5,6 indicate that ST elevatio. Hypertension with faster heart rate indicate that some infection or inflammation in the body . Please take consultation for correct diagnosis and best treatment as it need compete history.

Current ECG shows Heart Rate of around 100 beats per min. Normal heart rate in adults is 60-100 beats per minute. If the patient is feeling faster heartbeat (palpitations) but it is not caught on instant ECG, you can get a Holter Test (24hr Mobile ECG). 130/85 BP is not high.

ECG tracing shows  normal heart rate around 85 at the time ECG was taken.If he gets palpitations on and off, he needs further evaluation
