Sometimes I have a high heart rate ,So I did ecg and echo done. If you can help that reports are fine or not.

It seems you got your ECG and Echo-cardiography done without the advice of any Physician. ECG may be OK but Echo-cardiography should be done under the advice of a Doctor who knows how to read an Echo-cardiograph. Especially when you are only 23 years old.
