First of all, I would like to bring to your notice that eating natural foods will not cause you any Problems but avoid excess only 3 or 4 almonds per day is recommended. Coming to your main concern, as you are doing night shifts, your complete routine and time of eating pattern should change. You haven't mentioned your working hours, but I would like to explain you with example. If your shift is from 9pm to 4am then your sleeping time would be around 6am to 1pm or 2 pm. Then you must take your breakfast between 2:30 and 3:30 pm, lunch must be taken around 7:30 to 8:30 pm, and dinner between 4:30 to 5 am. In this routine you can keep your breakfast moderate, lunch heavy (as there are working hours) and dinner very light. You can take almonds and walnuts at bed time as they induce sleep. In between lunch and dinner there is much gap, that can be filled by taking some snack like fruit, sprouts, vegetable salad, or tea-biscuits. Any other queries? For complete diet regimen or diet plan, you can take appointment. If interested can message me personally.
