Hello, Hope you are staying safe during pandemic. Yes having 2-3 clove of garlic per day is absolutely safe. You can consume it without any doubt. If we talk about side effects then there is nothing like that. If you are taking it early morning empty stomach and feel uneasiness, stomach pain or burning sensation then avoid it empty stomach. You can include it somewhere around mid morning or around evening time and you can also have cooked form of garlic or in the form of pickle.
