My wife is 4 weeks pregnant, facing some discharge and bleeding from last 3 days alongwith lower abdomen and back pain. I have attached her TVS Pregnancy report herewith. Could you please kindly check the report and advice please.

As patient is bleeding,it will be good to visit local gynaecologist. USG needs to be repeated after 1 week.Gyne will suggest injections too.

Early pregnancy, no fetal pole seen. Repeat scan after a week. Consult local gynecologist for proper treatment.
