One sided throat tension while I swallow and ear sounds come and go, white bubbly phelgm is present. Finished antibiotics course prescribed by ENT, can you suggest OTC ear drops for ear infection due to pharyngitis/sinus

Will need to examine the ear to make sure your ear pain is due to infection; and what kind of infection it is, to prescribe ear drops appropriately. The wrong kind of ear drop can cause superadded infection and worsen your symptoms.
