Ear pressure and headache nose pain
I am feeling severe right side of nose pain , it gives headache at back side front , no nasal congestion, only pain in nose , problem increase in cold weather

Flomist-F nasal spray: 1 spray/nostril twice daily for 7 days (if no allergy).
Flexon (Ibuprofen 400 mg + Paracetamol 500 mg) after meals, up to 3×/day as needed.
Avoid cold exposure and keep face warm.
If no relief in 7 days → Visit ENT surgeon for nasal endoscopy & X-ray Nose + PNS (OM view).
