Ear blocking and feel dizziness

Many times i used to get an symptoms like choking of my neck and accordingly ear blocking symptoms...for the past two days ... whenever i bend down and get up or getting up from bed or chair ...my eyes getting black for 2 to 3 secs...these two symptoms are occurring at the same time...is this serious?

On the basis of your current history take treatment as follow as 1-Tab Calpol 500 mg 2 time per day for 3 days 2-Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food. 3- Tab Azikem 1 time per day for 3 day after food. 4- Cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 3 day after food. 5- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 day after food. 6- E/D Ciplox drop 2-3 drop in the ear.
