My son is having diaheera from two weeks , diaheera and antibiotics medicine not working , In stool test Ecoil bacteria deducted Need advice and suggestions Thank you

Detailed history as to character and consistency of stool,association of fever and physical examination required Culture of stool not very helpful in clinical practice,neither antibiotics required in majority of cases.
Next Steps
Should ask for CBC, R/E of stool for parasites, occult blood, pH of stool, reducing sugar in stool, Blood Urea and S. creatinine.

Give furoxone 2.5. Ml every 6th hourly for 5 days. Enterogermina ampoules one ampoules two times a day for 5 days. Syrup Digene 5 ml two times a day Soft bland diet like rice or sago porridge, yogurt, arrow root biscuits, carrot juice or apple juice. Get motion and urine tested again after 5 days

This child needs antibiotic which are written as S in the report. Only then will E. coli be eliminated
