Dryness in mouth

2025-06-18 04:02:45
I usually feel like dryness in my mouth even after drinking water. It causes issues while speaking and hence lowers my confidence while talking to someone. I don't know whom to reach out to for this issue. Sometimes, I really struggle to speak and it becomes kind of embarrassing. Currently, I try to speak slowly and to stretch each and every word. Help me!

Mouth Breathing – especially during sleep or due to nasal blockage. 4. Vitamin Deficiencies – low B12, iron, or zinc can affect oral health. 5.
