To gain weight at 5-6small meals a day.Eat plenty of fresh fruits n vegetables.Include high cal foods like cheese as snack options.Take a plant based protein supplement.Drink6 -8glasses of water a day.Sleep atleast 8hrs a day and have atleast 1hr of dedicated physical activity.
