Hi, I have dry eye n I am using aquim gel at night n morning as prescribed by doctor Also i am using nextane drops. Above is helping me. The problem is when I work in system, nextane drops gets dried up quickly , then again i face irritation. Wat I tried was initially apply coconut oil on the eyelid it was helping n it also start irritating. I also tried castor oil too. Can you please let me know any eye ointment which I can apply frequently on eye lids n eye lashes when working in system at office, so that it will keep eye moisturized.

Get a detailed cornea specialist examination. You may need other eyedrops based on your severity and other associated conditions.

No need to apply ointment on eye lashes, rather than you can apply ointment Tacrolimus at bed time before sleeping and Eye drop Optive for three times a day And get your eyes checked for spectacles,it will lower the rate of evaporation of your tear film
