Dry coughing and difficult to breathe
I am having this cold problem for almost 3 months it is coming and going after weeks gap. I am not sure how to take care myself exposed to cough. It is so difficult to breathe.
Please help me how i can approach resolving my cough issues.
Note- i am not exposed to COVID and i took both vaccine shots

Do some blood test like cbc crp rbs
Xray chest.

Need more details regarding your symptoms
Do you get cold every year of these months?
Do you have fever?
Is Cough associated with sputum
Treatment change as per your symptoms.

if there is nose block you can use Xylometazoline nasal spray
saline water gargle 3 times a day
keep yourself warm
avoid oily and fried food
drink warm water.
