Good morning Looks like allergic cough Take Tab Montek LC after dinner for 3 days Avoid spicy and oily food Do steam inhalation

You need one course of antibiotics also

Although it is dry cough at present, there are secretions in the lower bronciolar level which cannot rise during day while you are in erect posture but trickle towards major bronchi when you lie down, hence appearance of cough during night. Try to cough out voluntarily and you may take some expectorant mixture containing Ambroxol and Guiphenisine before going to bed, so that these secretions are eased out.

Please take Honitus  syrup . You should use antiseptic lozenges. You should take one tablet Mont LC at night for 5 days. Don't take chilled water or any cold drink. That should be fine.

Please do steam inhalation and salt water gargling twice a day. Take Tab Montek LC at night instead of Levocit.
