Please keep on giving exclusive breast feed as well

The number of stools is not important at this age,the consistency is,which should be soft and formed. It may vary from 10-12 per day to one motion after 2-3 days,BOTH are normal. As long as he's active and playing and feeding normally and has no accompanied symptom like vomiting or abdominal distension or dullness and refusal to feed,RELAX! Just ensure breastfeeding at a gap of atleast 2-1/2 to 3 hours and maintain hygiene.
