1) Hello sir, Is there any way to fix mild dry eyes problem naturally by compress or by using any natural remedies? 2) What is megomeiatus? How to get a rid of it naturally? 3) recently my doctor has given Okacet tablet for 30 days I took it. What is this tablet for?

If its mild meibomits you can do hot fomentation as a natural remedy. Keeping hot water soaked cloth over closed eyes for few minutes on and off .
