Dropping of my sugar level

I am diabetic from few years. Today I went for Sugar Fasting and PP. I in fasting my sugar were around 120 but after having meal it was 98. How it could be possible. Does sugar level keeps on fluctuating. What can be done. Please guide me.

It's absolutely normal... The blood sugars are controlled by hormones to keep a steady state and excess is stored in liver to release during starvation. It's quiet normal

Somwtimes with a large carbohydrate meal,there can be rebound hypoglycemia due to excessive release of insulin. Have more vegetables and protein and cut down carbohydrates
