I drink approx 5 litres water in a day and pass urine frequently since childhood u. I often feel thirsty. My blood sugar is normal. Is 5 Litre water a day too much to drink ?

Don't much drink.  There will be psychigenic polydipsia.  Just proper 2.5 -3 litres is enough have fruit juices.  Kindly consult if many other issues.

Yes whatever u drink 98.5% will be excreted .. so it's too much .. just drink for ur thirst or max 2 -3 litres per day .. that's sufficient

Yes, definitely drinking too much water is also not good to the body It will disturb the electrolytes in your body, maybe thatvis resulting in excess urination On an average drinking 2-3 litres of water per day is considered healthy During winters we minimise it to 2litres and summers upto 4litres to 5litres in extreme heat
