Sir yesterday my right leg one toe hit by a wall,a very little bit blood came and that blood stopped with in 2 mins ...pain is also a very little bit...my doubt is whether I need a tt injection or not...images are below...pls answer sir.

Based on the photo and the description, this is a very minor, clean injury - a small superficial cut near the nail with minimal bleeding that stopped quickly. You may need a TT shot if: Your last TT injection was more than 5 years ago, OR You are not sure about your vaccination status.

Clean the area with soap and water Apply mupirocin or fusidic acid ointment twice daily for 2–3 days Keep the area dry and avoid tight footwear Watch for signs of infection: increased redness, pus, swelling, or severe pain (unlikely)

To be on the safer side take TT vaccination If last dose was more than 10 years back then better to get complete vaccination If last dose taken more than 5 years back just get TT booster If taken within last 3-4 years - not needed

I would suggest you to take a booster dose of tt injection if you have not taken any tt booster within last 5 years. There are chances of soil or dirt contamination over the wall and there is an open wound with minimal bleeding. Hence it is advisable for a booster injection
