This is minor abrasion cut. There is no need to take TT injection as: Very superficial abrasion. Indoor injury with wall and not with any rusted item. Wound not contaminated by animal litter, soil or iron particle.
Next Steps
Wash the wound properly and apply Calendula/ Soframycin ointment.
Health Tips
Keep the injury open for faster healing. No need to apply any kind of bandage. Keep the wound dry as much possible to avoid infection.

The wound is very mild, no need of taking a TT injection if taken within 6 months .
Next Steps
Just avoid water contact with the toe to avoid any sepsis in future. Apply MUPIROCIN ointment for early healing. Don't wear tight shoes as it can increase the pain

TT booster is advised if last vaccine was taken more than 5 years ago. It should be taken within 48 hrs of the injury though.

Based on the photo and the description, this is a very minor, clean injury - a small superficial cut near the nail with minimal bleeding that stopped quickly. You may need a TT shot if: Your last TT injection was more than 5 years ago, OR You are not sure about your vaccination status.
Next Steps
Clean the area with soap and water Apply mupirocin or fusidic acid ointment twice daily for 2–3 days Keep the area dry and avoid tight footwear Watch for signs of infection: increased redness, pus, swelling, or severe pain (unlikely)
Health Tips
TT injection is not necessary unless your last dose was more than 5 years ago.

I would suggest you to take a booster dose of tt injection if you have not taken any tt booster within last 5 years. There are chances of soil or dirt contamination over the wall and there is an open wound with minimal bleeding. Hence it is advisable for a booster injection
Next Steps
also clean the wound well with soap under running water
Health Tips
avoid dust or dirt exposure to the wound.. wound care

If you have taken a tetanus (TT) injection anytime in the last 5 years, you do not need another one. Just keep the area clean and observe. If you have not taken a TT in the last 5 years, then one dose is advisable.

No, you do NOT need a Tetanus (TT) injection for this injury. Here’s why: Very minor injury (only a tiny bit of blood that stopped in 2 minutes) Happened indoors (hit against a wall at home) → clean environment is clean, not dirty/rusty/soiled No deep puncture, no soil/manure/animal bite, no rusty object Just a superficial scrape or small cut on the toe
