Dosage for folic acid and other vitamins

Hi kindly suggest folic acid dosage and other necessary supplements during pregnancy. My wife is 35 and just missed her periods thank you. The ones in amazon pharmacy shows minimum 5 mg tablets and the online recommendations are 600 Mcg for folic acid so a little confused with this.
