Your father has to take full course of  Anti rabies vaccine. Depending on the extent of the wound he may have to take antibiotics for a few days. He can take all foods.  No food need to be avoided. He needs  TLC  (Tender Loving Care).

Tab pand 30 min before to breakfast and dinner for five days Tab cefixim 200 mg after food two time in a day for five days Tab dolo 650 mg when pain

Does not need any tablet or specific food advice except antibiotic if wound was dirty or looks infected. Complete antirabies vaccination schedule as advised. Keep you wound clean, do daily dressing. Watch for any signs/symptoms of rabies and consult doctor immediately. Watch the Dog atleast for 7 days for signs/symptoms of rabies.
