Does this colles fracture need surgery

A 50 year old female patient sustained injury on her left wrist after falling on her outstretched hand. She has Colles fracture. I have attached the X rays. Does she require surgery.

She may require surgery for sure . Better to put plate and screws for early rehab and back to working

This can be and should be treated without surgery. Close reduction and plaster cast for 6-8,weeks followed by physiotherapy. Paracetamol 500mg may be used for pain management.
