Does Myoril max not to be taken in BP

I am suffering from frozen shoulder. So, during lifting of arm and folding it backside I have pain in shoulder and arm. I consulted Orthopedic doctor. He prescribed me Myoril max twice for 10 days. He asked me either I am diabetic. But I am not. I started taking this medicine. But I have BP. So, I was wondering whether it can be taken in BP or not. I am on BP medication. As the doctor didn't ask me anything about BP, so I also didn't tell him anything. So, please suggest me whether it is safe to take in BP and for heart. Please reply

Frozen shoulder more likely to be in diabetic patients in Early age, not in Blood Pressure patient.
