Do I need to take cholesterol medicine

I recently got my lipid profile test done and my cholesterol is high at 24. Triglycerides is 104 and HDL is 55. Direct LDL is hight at 162 and non HDL is 186. Glucose fasting is 87. Should I eat a medicine for a few months. 6 months back I had taken Rosuvas 10 to reduce cholesterol. Please advise.
