Hi. You have not mentioned your height. On an average your weight should be between 45 to 50 kgs. You will continue to gain height and weight till you are 18 years. So no need to worry so early. Have a balanced meal consisting of cereals, pulses, vegetables, fruits, milk products etc. have 1 fist nuts daily and one milk product daily. Don’t eat too much of junk foods. Also have 1 banana daily.
