Dizziness while sitting

I am experiencing dizziness while sitting. It's like my head is moving here and there ( it's slight but disturbing ). No dizziness while standing. Additional info 1. My maxilla sinus are blocked. (Taking duonase bd) 2. I had rabies exposure on 18 oct. Fingernail skin was peeled and touched cat. Not sure about saliva contact. Took 3 doses after 50 hours. 4. I have elevated anxiety from the past few days , but general medical anxiety also. 5. I will be seeing psychiatrist tomorrow Please suggest

I think your concern is about your apprehension that you touched a cat when you already had an injury on your finger. As far as Rabies transmission is concerned it is through contact with saliva. So, to that extent you are safe. You have sinusitis. Blocked sinuses may lead to dizziness. However you may use Otrivin Nasal drops and continue with antihistamines. Before consulting a Psychiatrist please consult an ENT Surgeon. They will have better answer to dizziness.
