Hello welcome madam It could be due to acid peptic disease mixed with dehydration. And stress is adding factor Kindly mention about the following details 1) Do you have any ringing sound in ear and any discharge? 2) Do you have any neck pain? 3) Have you taken any analgesics in the recent past? 4) have you missed your periods? 5) Are you taking any medicines now? 6) any history of binge eating?
