What are the motion sickness remedies
I am a 24 year old man and I have been suffering from motion sickness ever since I was a kid. Now I feel horrible and embarrassed all the time when I go on a trip. I would like to know about motion sickness remedies before the next time I get to go on a tour. Can someone help me with this?

U can take dramamine or draminate 50mg tab atleast 30min before onset of journey, can repeat 4hourly. (Keeping in mind maximum total daily dose is 400mg.)
