Since morning I've been feeling dizzy. I am working from home these days and today I'm unable to sit and work. It feels as if I will fall on my left side and my head is spinning.

This maybe due to long hour work on computer, but still need to ruleout any other possibilities. Need detail history for further managemnt. Untill then take tab vertin 16 2 times a day nd tab noxodom 500 mg once daily for 3 days.

Since how long you are working from home and how many hours you are working ?do you have any medical history of known disease?? Apart from dizziness do u have any more symptoms and your food habits need to be rule out and clinically also should evaluate
