Dizziness and weakness
Since 3 days I am feeling dizzy lightheaded for no reason. I am not able to do standing movements properly. Not sure what the issue is. I will get periods in 2 days. I checked my bp and it was 116/86. What should I do?

Dizziness and light headedness can be due to numerous causes like inadequate water intake, orthostatic hypotension , inner ear issues.
We have to rule out the causes one by one.
