Hi Doctor I am feeling severe dizziness and weakness since morning, took electral with water still it's same. Unable to eat too feeling pukish. Would you suggest any medication or advice please. Thank you

Hi ! First of all would like to know how are you consuming electral ? The proper way is to dissolve 1 whole packet in 1 litre of water and sip it through out the day . Would suggest taking tab ONDEM MD . If the condition still does not improve kindly revert back for further follow up
