Hello. I have excess sweating and dizziness and less vision  since 5 days as it's cold here. I sweat alot  What should I do? And treatment.

You sweat in cold? Need to get examined for thyroid disorder and ECG for ruling out cardiac causes. Other than it could be dehydration or blood pressure issues as well which require further evaluation.
